Inside Sales Engineer - Technical Support Position
Steam Economies Company, a provider of Steam Energy Audits and solutions to meet energy reduction objectives, has a full-time Inside Sales Engineer-Technical Support position available. This position requires a B.S. Mechanical Engineering degree.
Job Description: Size heat transfer packages, high efficiency hot water heaters, centrifugal and positive displacement pumps and related steam and condensate specialties; provide good customer service, resolve customer concerns in a timely manner, question customers regarding product needs, applications and specifications, contact vendors for product information, prepare timely and accurate proposals for customers, research how to locate and/or engineer products for customer applications, answer questions concerning product availability, order material, work closely with the outside sales staff.
Additional Requirements: Well organized and able to perform multiple tasks, good data entry skills, good communication skills, accurate and detail oriented. Must submit to a drug screen and background check.
